I get a lot of questions on my workout routine and how I stay so motivated. I will say my whole life I have been active. I grew up play Soccer from 5 years old until I graduated high school. I played softball one year (hated it, although I was fairly decent) and I also danced for a few years (always hated it, the pink tutus were a hard no for me)! Staying active is something I have literally ALWAYS done so it is easy for me to continue that through the form of working out.
I like to consider myself a well-rounded athlete. What I mean by that is I love lifting, pilates, HIIT, long distance running, yoga, boxing etc. The list goes on and on. I will say my true passion is lifting and running- both of which you will see in my weekly routine.
Monday:
Pilates or boxing + 2-4 mile run
Tuesday:
Leg workout
Wednesday:
Back and Shoulder workout + 2-4 mile run
Thursday:
HIIT 3o min class
Friday:
Full Body workout
Saturday:
Glute isolation workout + HIIT 30 mins class
Sunday:
Rest day
This is my typical weekly routine! I am a creature of habit and I don’t change it up too often. I love to get up early (6:20 AM) and get my workout over with first thing! It gives me endorphins I need to get me through my day!
